Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using any WildTerra Labs LLC application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our apps.

These terms apply to all apps published by WildTerra Labs LLC including YardQuant, IrrigationQuant, NodeFlow, and any future products.

Use of Our Apps

Permitted Use

Our apps are licensed for your personal and professional use as a contractor, technician, or outdoor service professional. You may use the apps to:

• Calculate material quantities and estimates
• Build and export professional quotes
• Manage customer and job records
• Design and plan irrigation or landscape systems

Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any WildTerra Labs app
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense any WildTerra Labs app
• Use the apps for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to extract source code or proprietary algorithms

Accuracy of Estimates

WildTerra Labs apps provide estimates and calculations based on standard industry formulas and the information you enter. These estimates are provided as tools to assist professional judgment — they are not a substitute for professional verification.

WildTerra Labs LLC makes no warranty that calculations, estimates, or recommendations produced by our apps are accurate, complete, or suitable for any specific project. You are responsible for verifying all estimates before acting on them.

Always verify quantities, costs, and specifications independently before purchasing materials, submitting bids, or beginning work.

Intellectual Property

All WildTerra Labs apps, including their design, code, graphics, and content, are the intellectual property of WildTerra Labs LLC and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Purchasing or downloading an app grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that app on your personal Android device. No ownership rights are transferred.

Purchases and Refunds

App purchases are processed through Google Play. All purchase terms, refund policies, and billing are governed by Google Play's Terms of Service. WildTerra Labs LLC does not directly process payments or issue refunds — all refund requests must be submitted through Google Play.

Some apps may be offered free of charge. WildTerra Labs LLC reserves the right to change pricing at any time.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our apps are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. WildTerra Labs LLC does not warrant that the apps will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.

We do not warrant the accuracy of any estimates, calculations, or recommendations produced by our apps.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WildTerra Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our apps, including but not limited to:

• Errors or inaccuracies in estimates or calculations
• Loss of data or business information
• Costs resulting from reliance on app-generated estimates
• Any other damages arising from use or inability to use our apps

Our total liability in any matter related to our apps shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant app in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Privacy

Your use of WildTerra Labs apps is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.

Updates and Changes

WildTerra Labs LLC may update our apps and these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or the Google Play Store listing. Continued use of our apps after changes to the Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Washington State.
