YardQuant — Privacy Policy

YardQuant is a professional field estimating tool developed by WildTerra Labs LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how YardQuant handles information when you use the app. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our practices.

By using YardQuant, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Information We Collect

YardQuant does not collect any personal information. The app operates entirely on your device with no connection to external servers or databases.

Data you enter in the app:

• Customer names, addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses
• Job details, estimates, and calculation results
• Photos you attach to jobs
• Company name, logo, and contact information for PDF quotes
• Pricing settings and preferences

All of this data is stored locally on your device only. It is never uploaded to any server, never transmitted over the internet, and never accessible by WildTerra Labs LLC or any third party.

How Your Data Is Stored

All app data is stored using Android's SharedPreferences system — a standard local storage mechanism built into Android. This data:

• Exists only on your physical device
• Is removed when you uninstall the app
• Is not backed up to any WildTerra Labs server
• May be included in Android's standard device backup if you have that enabled in your Android settings

Permissions We Request

Storage (READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE / WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE)

Used to save PDF quote files to your device so you can share or email them. We do not access any other files on your device.

Camera / Photo Library (via image_picker)

Used only when you choose to attach a photo to a job. Photos are stored locally on your device and attached to the relevant job record. We do not access your camera or photo library without your explicit action.

All permissions are used solely to provide the features you actively choose to use. We do not access your microphone, contacts, location, or any other device data.

PDF Export and Email

When you export a PDF quote or email it to a customer, the PDF is generated locally on your device and shared through your device's standard sharing or email system. WildTerra Labs LLC does not receive, store, or have access to any PDFs you create or send.

Any email sending is handled entirely by your device's installed email application. YardQuant does not have its own email server or email account.

Third Party Services

YardQuant does not integrate with any third party analytics, advertising, tracking, or data collection services. There are no SDKs in the app that collect user behavior or personal information.

The app does not display advertisements.

Children's Privacy

YardQuant is a professional tool intended for adults working in the landscaping and outdoor services industry. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided information through the app, please contact us and we will address the situation promptly.

Data Security

Because all data is stored locally on your device and never transmitted to external servers, the security of your data depends on the security of your device. We recommend:

• Using a screen lock or PIN on your device
• Keeping your Android operating system up to date
• Using Android's built-in device backup if you want to preserve your app data

Your Rights

Since we do not collect or store any of your data on our servers, there is no data held by WildTerra Labs LLC to access, correct, or delete. All your data resides on your device and can be removed at any time by uninstalling the app.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
